Directions: Houston Zoo is located in Hermann Park Adjacent to the Texas Medical Center and the Museum District. There are two entrances to the zoo. First, the main entrance and parking lot is accessible at 6200 Hermann Park Drive Houston Texas, 77030. Second, the second entrance is accessible from Medical Center Entrance on Cambridge St. across from Ben Taub Hospital. This gate is open on weekends, major holidays, and on free afternoons only.
